Getting started

Set the venue up and take your first booking.

  • How OneReserve fits together

Three parts: a public booking page guests use, a staff console where you run service, and the guest records built quietly from both.

  • Your first hour

Verify your email, add tables, set your opening hours, check the turn times, then press Go live. Everything else can wait.

  • Setting up your floor

Add a room, add its tables with the smallest and largest party each seats, then set up combinations for tables you push together.

  • Shifts, special days and closures

Shifts are your normal opening hours, one row per service per day. Special days override them for a single date — a holiday, a function, a closure.

  • Turn times and pacing

Turn times say how long a party keeps a table; pacing caps how many guests can arrive at once. Together they decide which times your booking page offers.

  • Going live

Until you press Go live, your booking page is not public and nobody can book. The checklist shows what is still missing.
