Restaurant booking system for Australian restaurants.
A restaurant service is a scheduling problem with money attached. Two sittings on a Saturday, a table of ten that wants the window, a 7pm rush the kitchen cannot absorb all at once, and a no-show that costs you the whole cover. A booking system either helps with those or it is just a form on a website.

What a restaurant day actually looks like.
Two services, different rules
Lunch turns faster than dinner and often runs a different floor. Set service times and turn times per shift rather than one number for the whole day, and the book stops fighting you.
Tables that combine
A party of ten is two sixes pushed together, and only certain tables can do it. Tell the system which combinations are real and it stops offering you seatings your floor cannot physically produce.
Pacing the kitchen
Everyone wants 7pm. Pacing limits cap how many covers land in the same fifteen minutes, so the pass does not get four tables at once while the 8:30s sit empty.
The guest who has been in nine times
Visit history, allergies, the corner booth they always ask for — attached to the booking before they walk in, not remembered by whoever happens to be on the door.
The bits that cost you money.
- A table of six doesn’t show on a Saturday.
- Take a deposit or hold a card on large parties and peak dates. It is optional, per-rule, and the money goes to your own Stripe account rather than ours.
- You’re paying per cover for regulars who’d have rung you anyway.
- Flat monthly. A good month costs the same as a quiet one, so growth is not taxed.
- Your guest list lives on someone else’s platform.
- Yours, exportable, and never marketed to. They are your customers.
And what you probably won’t use. If you seat forty covers a night and never take a booking over four, most of the table-combination and pacing machinery will sit unused — and that is fine, it stays out of your way.
Everything’s included. No tiers, no upsells.
- Bookings
- Real-time availability from your actual tables. Turn times by party size. Pacing limits so the kitchen isn’t slammed at 7pm. Table combinations for big groups. Blackout dates and special hours.
- Your booking page
- Your logo, colours and fonts. Embed it on your site, share the link, or print a QR code.
- The service floor
- A timeline of your whole night. Seat walk-ins, reassign tables, mark no-shows. Block a table for maintenance or a private event.
- Guest CRM
- Visit history, spend, no-show counts, tags and notes. Duplicate detection and merging.
- Deposits & no-show protection(optional)
- Take a deposit or hold a card for big parties and busy dates. Money goes straight to your account, not ours.
- Waitlist
- When you’re full, guests join the list and get told the moment something opens.
- Reports
- Covers, no-show rate, turn times, where your bookings come from. Export to CSV.
- Your team
- Owner, manager and host roles, so staff see what they need and nothing more.
$39 a month, inc GST, for one venue. Extra venues are $29 a month each. If you turn on deposits we take 2.5% of the deposit — don’t use them and you’ll never see it.
