Take bookings on your own website. Keep your guest data.

A complete restaurant reservation system for AU$39 a month. No per-cover fees, no lock-in contracts, no commission on your own regulars.

No credit card required.

The OneReserve reservation book: a timeline of one service, with each table a row and each booking a block showing the guest's name and party size.

You’re paying for bookings you already had.

The big platforms charge you a monthly fee, then charge you again every time a diner walks through your door — including the regulars who would have called you anyway. Your guest list lives on their servers, marketed back to you. And when a table of six doesn’t show on a Saturday, that’s your loss alone.

OneReserve is the other way around: a flat monthly price, your booking page on your own website, your guest data yours, and deposits to protect against no-shows if you want them.

From nothing to taking bookings.

  1. Set up your floor

Add your rooms, tables, and which ones can be pushed together. Tell us your service times and how long a table usually turns.

  2. Put it on your website

Copy one line of code onto your site — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, anything. Your booking page, your logo, your colours. Or share the link and a QR code.

  3. Take bookings

Guests book real availability, not a guess. Your host stand sees the whole service on one timeline: who’s booked, who’s seated, which tables are free.

  4. Know your guests

Every booking builds a guest profile — visits, no-shows, allergies, the regular who always wants the corner booth. Tag them, note them, and see it all the moment they book again.

A restaurant's own booking page in its own branding — crimson and cream, a serif wordmark, a date picker and a grid of available dinner times.
What your guests see. Embedded on your site, not ours.
A guest profile showing visits, lifetime covers, no-shows and spend, an allergy tag, a kitchen note and past reservations.
Every booking builds the profile. Nobody types it in twice.

Everything’s included. No tiers, no upsells.

Bookings
Real-time availability from your actual tables. Turn times by party size. Pacing limits so the kitchen isn’t slammed at 7pm. Table combinations for big groups. Blackout dates and special hours.
Your booking page
Your logo, colours and fonts. Embed it on your site, share the link, or print a QR code.
The service floor
A timeline of your whole night. Seat walk-ins, reassign tables, mark no-shows. Block a table for maintenance or a private event.
Guest CRM
Visit history, spend, no-show counts, tags and notes. Duplicate detection and merging.
Deposits & no-show protection(optional)
Take a deposit or hold a card for big parties and busy dates. Money goes straight to your account, not ours.
Waitlist
When you’re full, guests join the list and get told the moment something opens.
Reports
Covers, no-show rate, turn times, where your bookings come from. Export to CSV.
Your team
Owner, manager and host roles, so staff see what they need and nothing more.

The same system reads differently depending on how you trade. There’s a longer walk-through for restaurants — two services, table combinations, pacing the kitchen — and one for cafes, where walk-ins come first and turns are short. If you’re local, the Adelaide page covers pricing in AUD and support in your own hours.

Founding members

We’re taking on our first restaurants now, starting in Adelaide. Founding members get an extended free trial and direct access to me while we get you set up — you can call, not lodge a ticket.

There’s no permanent discount, because I’d rather charge everyone the same fair price than lock early supporters into a rate I’ll later have to raise.

The trial currently runs 14 days.

Where they beat us, honestly

OpenTable has a diner network that sends you customers who’ve never heard of you. We don’t — we take bookings from people already looking for you. If discovery is what you’re paying for, OpenTable earns its fee.

SevenRooms has deeper marketing automation and POS integrations than we do, and serves large groups well. If you’re a hotel group with a marketing team, they’re built for you.

We’re built for the independent restaurant that wants a booking system that works, on its own site, for a price that doesn’t scale with success.

Questions we actually get asked.

How long does setup take?

Most venues are taking bookings within an hour. Adding your tables and service times is the bulk of it. Founding members get set up with me on a call.

Do I need a developer to put it on my website?

No. You copy one line of code and paste it in. If your site is WordPress, Squarespace or Wix, we’ll walk you through exactly where it goes — or we’ll do it with you.

What happens to my guest data?

It’s yours. Export it whenever you want, and delete a guest’s details on request. We don’t market to your diners. We never will — they’re your customers, not ours.

What if the system goes down during service?

Print your day sheet before service and you’ve got every booking, table and guest note on paper. We’d rather you have a fallback than promise nothing ever breaks.

Can I take deposits?

Yes, and it’s optional. Set rules for large parties or specific dates — either a prepaid deposit or a card held and only charged if they don’t show. The money goes directly to your Stripe account, and we take 2.5% of the deposit.

What if I have more than one venue?

Add them to the same account for $29/month each. One login, one invoice, switch between venues in the dashboard.

Am I locked in?

No contract. Cancel any time from your billing page. Your data stays yours and you can export it.

Do you integrate with my POS?

Not yet. It’s on the roadmap, and which POS we build first will be decided by what our customers actually use — so tell us yours at [email protected].

Try it on your next service.

14 days free. No credit card. If it doesn’t suit your restaurant, walk away — nothing owed.
