Your subscription and invoices

Owners only. The Billing screen shows your Plan, when the trial ends or the Next invoice falls, how many Venues you are paying for, and your Billing contact.

What you pay for

One subscription per account, monthly or annually, covering your first venue. There is no per-cover fee and no charge per staff login — a venue with twelve hosts costs what a venue with one costs.

Deposits are separate: the platform fee on those comes out of the deposit itself, not off this invoice.

Before you subscribe you can switch between monthly and annual. Once subscribed, that changes through Manage payment & plan, which opens Stripe's own portal.

Adding another venue

Add a venue under Locations. Extra venues are add-ons on the same subscription, so there is one invoice rather than several.

A venue added mid-period is charged pro rata for the days remaining, and the page shows your new recurring total before you commit.

A location can also be removed and restored. Removing it drops the add-on from the next invoice; the venue's data stays where it is.

Invoices and payment details

Manage payment & plan opens the Stripe billing portal, where every invoice is downloadable and the card on file can be changed. That is the authoritative record — send those to your accountant rather than anything you screenshot here.
