Cancelling, and your data

Cancel from the billing page. Your venue stops taking bookings at the end of the period you have paid for, and your data is not deleted on the spot.

How to cancel

Cancel subscription on the Billing screen. Owners only. There is no form to fill in and nobody to ring.

You keep what you have paid for. Cancelling does not stop the service that day — it runs to the end of the period already invoiced, and there is no refund of the unused part beyond what the law requires.

What happens to your venue

When the paid period ends, the venue stops taking new bookings and the public booking page goes quiet. Bookings already in the book do not vanish — but nobody can make new ones, so check what is already booked beyond your end date and ring those guests. That is the part most likely to be missed.

If you change your mind before the period ends, subscribing again picks up where you left off.

What happens to your data

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your bookings, guests, floor plan and settings stay as they are.

That is deliberate, and it is a choice with two sides. It means a venue that comes back in six months finds its guest history intact. It also means your guests' details continue to be held after you have stopped using the product.

A guest asking to be forgotten is different and does not wait for any of this — erase their details from their record, whether or not you are still subscribed.
