Troubleshooting

When something isn't behaving.

• A time isn't showing that should be

  Work down six settings in order: the shift, turn times, the gap between seatings, pacing, the booking window and cutoff, and table capacity.

• The booking widget isn't appearing

  Nine times out of ten the venue is not live yet and the code is fine. Check that first, then the block type, then whether your site strips scripts.

• A guest didn't get their email

  Check the address on the booking first — a typo is the usual cause — then the junk folder, then whether the booking was made by phone or as a walk-in.

• I can't turn on deposits

  The Require deposits tickbox stays greyed out until two things are true: your Stripe account is active, and you have acknowledged the platform fee.
